1.usage:

  This is Carbonless Paper dedicated production equipment, which can achieve the two-sided carbonless coating simultaneously. Especially suitable for Carbonless Paper CFB, colored paper production, with the features of high efficiency of production, low energy consumption, stable performance of equipment, low consumption of base paper, and high yield. 

2.Technical characteristics:

2.1 Tension Control:

 Stable tension control is the guarantee for the equipment normal working. As for the higher speed, lower base paperweight, the main speed of total machine adopts PLC programmable controller and module can to achieve automate closed-loop digital control. And also through rotary encoder, proximity switch and the signal of tension transducer, it can achieve high precision closed-loop control and realize the tension precision within 0.5k,furthermore to reduce the probability of paper breaking and improve the ratio of production and yield.

2.2 Correction System: 

As this model is used for top grade heat-sensitivity paper, in order to ensure the efficiency paper follow-up slitting and finished paper yield, the automatic error correction device is set at the rewinding section.

2.3Digital Controlling System

The whole machine is driven by alternating current vector VFC of microcomputer. The stability of performance is guaranteed by the application of centralized control system of PLC programmable controller and digital control module. Man-computer interaction is achieved by industrial man-machine interface, meanwhile the calculation, monitor and machine connection communication are achieved as well. Digital control is guaranteed by high precision and high-speed data calculation, exchange and control are achieved, eventually. This machine has the features of simple operation and high degree of automation. All parameters are adjusted to the best condition before leaving the factory. The only thing you need to do is to input the data of speed and tension, then the whole machine can be automatically and simultaneously controlled. 

2.4 Double-speed twin-roll calendaring device

To improve the surface quality of finished paperï¼ÂŒto increase the smoothness of finished paper, and maintain the finished product thickness to maximum, the machine adopts double-speed twin-roll calendaring device to improve the smoothness of paper in the case of a low line pressure.
